You truly are what you think; so in knowing this why not start your day owning that you’re capable of great things. Beginning your morning in a place of bitterness or anger or sadness may not only impact that day, but that week…and beyond. Open your eyes, honor those feelings and then make peace with them before rising. When you rise, rise in the knowing that all will be well and that your self love will see to that. For you can accomplish all things with a clear understanding that what you think will often dictate how you flow. Love yourself enough to rise in joy, not sadness.
